Dodie performs for sold out house at The Sinclair

In “Sick of Losing Soulmates,” Dodie expresses the difficulty of continuing a friendship following a relationship with them, singing: “’cause we both know a break does exactly what it says on the tin.”

Paired with her candor and self-sardonic humor, Tessa Violet energizes the crowd with her recent hit song “Crush.”

Transitioning to “Intertwined,” a song describing a close and loving but simultaneously unhealthy and obsessive relationship, Dodie requests the audience wave their phone flashlights in sync.

 

In “Sick of Losing Soulmates,” Dodie expresses the difficulty of continuing a friendship following a relationship with them, singing: “’cause we both know a break does exactly what it says on the tin.”

Capping off her encore performance, Dodie closes out her show with an animated rendition of her original song “In The Middle” from her EP “You.”
