When the men’s basketball team last met Drexel University Jan. 21 in Philadelphia, a vast disparity in three point shooting between the Dragons and Huskies allowed Drexel to cruise to a 71-53 victory. Northeastern managed to shoot only two of 10 beyond the arc in that game while Drexel was a scorching nine of 14.

NU advances to Beanpot final after shootout

Tuesday night’s semifinal round of the 34th Annual Women’s Beanpot between the United States College Hockey Organization (USCHO) No. 7 Huskies and the No. 4 Boston College Eagles had to be decided by a shootout, after 1-1 tie at Walter Brown Arena.

Kerkhof lifts Huskies over William & Mary
