Brittany Luby, middler graphic design major
It’s clear that Luby has perfected the denim look, perhaps a result of her job at the National Jean Company. Nonetheless, the girl knows how to dress.
“I believe [fashion] shapes someone and helps with their self expression,” Luby said.
With a casual light denim button-down from J.Crew and Paige “Skyline Ankle Peg” floral pants, her outfit compliments her “bohemian/preppy” style – pair that with some leather sandals and a hobo bag and she’s ready to hit the museum.
Becca Beese, undeclared freshman
Despite her messy bun, when Beese hurried towards the library steps her tailored look stood out from the crowd.
“I like to be individual, I don’t really follow a trend; I’m more into timeless pieces than the thing [of] the moment,” Beese said.
Her Levi jeans and navy blue Barbour jacket are just that – classics that can be worn for years. To finish off her look, Beese slipped on some Charles Phillip studded loafers to add some edginess to her otherwise traditional outfit.
Emily Norell, junior marketing major
When Norell isn’t killing it with the field hockey team, she likes to rock the “preppy beach style” through her clothing choices.
After a long morning at practice, Norell tosses her baggy sweatpants and grabs some great neutrals – sporting a cozy sweater from Theory, beige Sperry’s, a classic Long Champ bag and peachy Vineyard Vine shorts for a punch of color.
