LAT STRETCH:
Extend arm diagonally in front of you with your thumb pointed up. Lean into the stretch to loosen arm muscles.
GLUTE BRIDGES:
Thrust your hips into the air while your arms and feet are stable on the ground. Hold for 10 seconds to tone glutes.
GLUTE STRETCH:
For a deep glute stretch, place one leg horizontally in front of your body while extending your opposite leg.
