Cheryl L. Richards, PhD, serves as the regional dean and CEO of the Charlotte graduate campus of Northeastern. Before coming to Northeastern Richards served as the Academic Dean of the Professional Careers Division at Central Piedmont Community College. She also worked at Regis University, the University of Denver and Colorado State University. Currently, she is president –elect of Women Executives and has been recognized as one of Charlotte’s 50 Most Influential Women by the Mecklenburg Times and as a 40 Under Forty leader by the Charlotte Business Journal.
