They say it’s all about the music and this year’s “Rockfest” was no exception. Too bad so few took advantage.
Small crowds graced afterHOURS Friday night as the club welcomed local bands Greenline and Three Day Threshold to the stage. Although the audience was intimate, the ambiance was not entirely hindered.
“It was really fun,” said Greenline frontman Kevin Black, “especially since we’re in the process of moving into a new place so we haven’t gotten to play or practice that much. It felt great.”
Greenline played a multi-faceted show, covering an eclectic mix of classics from Sublime’s “Badfish,” to Pink Floyd’s “Time” to the grand finale and crowd favorite, Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry.”
