For Boston sports fans, the moment the Red Sox broke the fabled curse and won the World Series last year instantly became one of the best in the region’s history. Now that moment – that anxiety, that unbridled euphoria and that disbelief – can be found all in one compact place.
It isn’t just watching the last out again that makes this package worth owning; it’s the fact that every inning of every game chronicling what many consider the greatest comeback in sports history is documented with the original unedited live FOX broadcast (without commercials). Even knowing what happens in the end doesn’t make rewatching Game 4 of the ALCS against the New York Yankees any less tense.
