The Homecoming parade, scheduled for Saturday morning, was downgraded to a display competition due to the conflict with the Red Sox victory parade. Even though the parade was canceled, five student organizations still came together in the circle in front of Snell Library and created stationary floats to show their Husky pride.
The Northeastern University Allied Student Coalition (NUASC), the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS), the Student Ambassadors of the Alumni Association, Kappa Sigma joined with Delta Zeta and Sigma Delta Tau joined with Alpha Epsilon Pi created displays with the theme “Where Everybody Knows Your Name.”
