The members of the Council for University Programs (CUP) new executive board are already planning to make next year’s campus programming bigger and better than the last.
The organization is coming off a year of surprises after Wyclef Jean backed out of Fallfest and Mos Def dropped out of Springfest, leaving the group scrambling for a replacement, days before the spring concert.
