Northeastern Police, out in teams of plainclothes officers last Friday and Saturday night, confiscated alcohol underage students were carrying on or near campus. In the two days, police confiscated 261 loose cans of beer, 15 loose bottles of beer, 19 30-racks of beer, four 24-packs of beer, one 20-pack of beer, six 12-packs of beer, seven beer balls, one beer keg, three bottles of wine and 28 liters of hard liquor. Associate Director of Public Safety James Ferrier said police would continue to patrol campus over the next few weekends looking for underage drinkers. –>
