Betsy Stanley, a junior nursing major, knows how to mix comfy layers with form-fitting duds in this week’s look. Stanley wears the popular combination of an oversized shirt paired with leggings and gives off an air that is both stylish and casual.
The bright blue top falls in line with the current bright color trend of this spring. She finishes the look with a pair of low-top black boots and tousled hair.
“I think it’s great when you’re wearing sweaters and you’re bundled up. It’s cute, it’s light, it’s nonchalant,” she said. “I like to wear a big sweater with slimming black jeggings.”
Staying warm can make all the difference with the 50 plus inches of snow Boston has seen so far this winter, but staying cute is essential.
