Get Involved:

During the school year, we meet every Monday at 8 p.m. in Holmes Hall.
Throughout your first few meetings, you’ll receive an “Intro to The News” presentation and a few trainings to help you get your bearings.
And then…
You’re off to the races!
Pick up a pitch in one of our sections and work with our editors to get it across the finish line.
You’ll start off as a correspondent (news) or a contributor (opinion).
Publish three pieces, and you can apply to join our staff!
From there, show up to meetings and continue reporting, copy editing, photographing and designing. If you want to help shape the future of The News, apply to be an editor!
We hope to see you soon!
