Information session on new masters program
There will be an information session on the master’s degree program in Urban and Regional Policy Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in 340 Egan Research Center, according to the Northeastern events calendar. The event is open to the public, and alumni interested in the program can qualify for Double Husky scholarships. To register for the session, send an e-mail to [email protected].
Lecture about non-violent practices Friday afternoon
Gurudev Shree Chitrabhanu will present a lecture about Jainism, an ancient Indian religion that practices non-violence amongst living things, Friday at 3:30 p.m. in the Sacred Space of Ell Hall, according to the Northeastern events calendar. Discounted Duck Tour tickets for Friday
As part of Summester 2010, students, faculty and staff can go on a Duck Tour of Boston on Friday, according to the student activities website. Tickets are still available at the Blackman Box Office, and are $5 for students and $10 for faculty and staff.
