Trick or treating is one of the perks of Halloween every student looks forward to. After all, who doesn’t love getting free candy and drinks and enjoying them too? But if you’re worried about the calories this holiday, don’t be. There are several alternatives to some favorite treats and alcoholic beverages so anyone can enjoy the season’s festivities – guilt free.

Chocolate candies such as M&Ms, Milky Ways, Snickers and Reese’s are popular Halloween candies throughout October.
