Inside Ambush: What do you do to relieve stress?

By Zafirah Mohamed Zein, News Correspondent

With the semester coming to an end and finals just around the corner, students are already feeling the heat before summer breaks out. Many are choosing to physically take their stress out by going to the gym while others are taking time off to explore Boston with a few friends. We ambushed students around campus and asked what they do to relax and unwind during this stressful period.

“Mostly chill with my friends. I’ve been going for walks and buying bubble tea. I’m obsessed with bubble tea right now.”

-Seyi Alakija, freshman, sociology major.

“I would say going to the gym and practicing outside with the cheerleading team. I need to take time to relax.”

-Cara Paolino, sophomore, physical therapy major.

“I don’t get stressed very much, but I lift weights everyday so basically I don’t need to worry about it.”

-Connor Moroney, senior, political science and criminal justice double major.

“I usually go to the gym and go for meditation sessions in the spiritual life center. Sleep, talk to friends, take a long mental vacation.”

-Brittany Chambers, senior, business major.
