Northeastern University College Democrats would like to remind students that the deadline to register to vote in Massachusetts, in order to be able to cast a ballot in the Jan. 19 special election to fill Senator Edward M. Kennedy’s seat, is Dec. 31, 2009.
To register to vote in Massachusetts, please visit www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleifv/howreg.htm to download the form. Please note that you cannot register online; you must download a simple, one-page form, print it, fill it out, and mail it in to your city or town clerk’s office. Your registration form must be postmarked no later than Dec. 31, 2009.
