In the varied world of college students, we encounter many different kinds of students with varied views on subjects ranging from clothing to politics.
In the “Man on the Street” column, The Northeastern News becomes an observer of how the people on campus dress and represent their style through their clothes.
What has come out of these last few interviews has been a large range of decisions and ideas on the topic of fashion. One of the main points that we have not encountered before has been the act of indifference. How does one dress with an individual flavor that encompasses the characteristics relative to skater culture and still have a city-like flavor, but be indifferent to the likes of fashion and different ways of dressing?
Style is not something that should outweigh your basics, but should manage to intensify your characteristics and bring other people’s understanding of you closer to who you really are
