FORMER ZAMBIAN PRESIDENT KENNETH KAUNDA TO SPEAK AT ROXBURY COMMUNITY COLLEGE ON AIDS IN AFRICA
BOSTON, MA- The Boston Pan-African Forum and Roxbury Community College Student Government Association are pleased to present the Former President of the Republic of Zambia, Kenneth Kuanda, to speak about the AIDS crisis in Africa. The event takes place on Tuesday, November 19th, at 7:00 PM at the Roxbury Community College Auditorium in the Media Arts Building located at 1234 Columbus Avenue. The event is free and open to the public.
Tony Van Der Meer, president of the Boston Pan-African Forum, states, “It is an honor to have President Kenneth Kuanda join us at RCC to address the community about this crisis in Africa. It is horrifying to think that more than 5, 000 people are dying every day due to the AIDS pandemic in Africa.”
