April showers may naturally bring May flowers, but Northeastern doesn’t like to leave everything up to Mother Nature.
For the university, flowers and landscaping play an integral role in creating an environment where students can learn and relax, said Chuck Doughty, director of landscape operations and suburban facilities. Doughty said the school dedicates much energy to ensuring the flora surrounding students is nothing less than stellar.
