Former SGA vice president named Parliamentarian Former Student Government Association (SGA) Vice President for Student Services Chris Bourne was appointed Parliamentarian at an SGA meeting last night, said SGA president Rob Ranley. Bourne was appointed by Ranley and confirmed by the joint-senate, Ranley said.

Floor in Curry Student Center to close for carpeting The first floor of the Curry Student Center will be closed starting today at 4 p.m. through Tuesday, August 26 at 8 a.m., according to a myNEU announcement. The floor will be renovated for new carpeting, furnishing and painting. To get to the Student Employment Office, Community Service Office, WRBB/Tastemakers Magazine and other offices located on the floor, use the entrance stairs across from Robinson Quad.
