In an attempt to become more available to students, President Joseph Aoun answered students’ questions during an open forum last Thursday at the Cabral Center in the John D. O’Bryant African American Institute. About 60 people attended the question-and-answer forum, which was co-hosted by the Student Government Association (SGA) and the Office of Student Affairs.
“In the past, some students were concerned that they didn’t have a chance to talk to [President Aoun], so this was an opportunity for him to help meet their needs, and at the same time to hear from students on a regular basis,” said SGA President Rob Ranley. “The one thing I enjoyed about it was that there was a variety of questions.
