Thrift stores offer an affordable way to keep this season’s hot looks from burning holes in college students’ wallets. While thrift store shopping can be hit or miss, sometimes the hunt is half the fun.
Planet Aid, a non-profit second-hand store that specializes in retro looks, is filled with all the skirts, slacks and scarves that make this season sizzle for only a fraction of the price.
