Not only is March Madness taking over television screens of NCAA lovers all over the country, but the past week has also reaffirmed that Boston is the place to be on St. Patrick’s Day. I’ve renamed this week’s Drink of the Week to show a little Husky pride, even after a loss in the Hockey East Semifinal. Two ingredients, short and sweet, and probably the drink of choice for St. Patrick’s Day festivities.
If an easy, non-alcoholic beverage is necessary for watching a March Madness game and red is the color of choice, the non-alcoholic Drink of the Week is a simple, yummy way to pay homage to the colors of the No. 1 team in the country, Ohio State.
