With Thanksgiving behind us, the holiday season is in full swing. If sugar cookies and candy canes aren’t enough to satisfy your festive spirit, head down to Conor Larkin’s for the Oatmeal Cookie, a holiday confection with a spicy punch.
For those of us still trying to hold on to the last days of unseasonably warm weather, the traditional lime rickey is a refreshing way to pretend it’s still July.

Oatmeal cookie
Ingredients:
Equal parts of the following:
Jägermeister
Goldschläger
Bailey’s
Butterscotch Schnapps
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass.
Lime Rickey
Ingredients:
Enough Sprite to fill a tall glass
Splash of Rose’s lime juice
Lime wedge
Plenty of ice
Directions:
Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice. Fill with Sprite and add lime juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
