Northeastern University opened its second graduate campus in Seattle in January of 2013. Practicing a “hybrid” learning model integrating online and classroom learning, this campus offers a wide range of graduate degrees. The campus is part of the South Lake Union Neighborhood and the campus is a platinum-certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building.
Tayloe Washburn serves as the graduate campus dean and CEO. Angela L.E. Walmsley, PhD, serves as the associate dean. Currently the Seattle campus serves 226 students. Although it does not offer undergraduate classes, the campus serves as a resource for undergraduate students on co-op in Seattle.
