Despite its status as the shortest month of the year, February was an action-packed 29 days. From protests to puppies and everything in between, we sent our photographers out to capture it all, and here’s the best of what they brought back.

Galiah is currently doing her co-op in Mexico City with a nonprofit and hopes to pursue a career in the writing world.

Excited to begin her second year, Margot Murphy is a journalism major with a psychology minor and is a deputy photo editor at The News. Her first year she worked as a staff member and photographer, competing in ballroom dancing on the side.
