Though Residential Life is designed to assist students with housing, one junior communications major recently discovered that when it comes to family housing, she said Northeastern can be less than accommodating.
This student, who prefers to remain anonymous, became pregnant this past winter quarter. She planned to remain on campus and had already paid for housing for the subsequent term. When she inquired what options would be available for her and her family, she was surprised to learn there were none.
