Crowds roam Revere Beach Boulevard. Vendors sold lunch from food trucks and served cold refreshments from ice cream stands and a beer garden.
The first-prize sand sculpture, “Blend In” by Jobi Bouchard. Winners were decided by votes taken in two separate categories: Sculptor’s Choice and People’s Choice.
