I just wanted to say I think the article written about Ice-T in last week’s paper (“Ice-T stuns crowd,” Style, March 24) is quite amusing. Trying to reiterate the important aspects of speech without including profanity just plays into everything he was saying is wrong with this country. I personally enjoyed the article, but honestly trying to explain what he said without the use of profanity is pointless. It’s like listening to a hardcore rap song on the radio … something is lost.
