Speaking as a journalist I must say the April Fools joke you pulled on your readers was inappropriate. What you print should be fact, otherwise readers are not going to trust you. I realize not all your reporters are journalists so please review your code of ethics with them. Newspapers are suppose to report the news not make it. It appears this was a publicity stunt to get readers to your website for your advertisers. I disagree with your ethical decisions and I hope your realize you are adding to the distrust readers have of the media.
