Over the past three years through my work in your Student Government Association, I have observed the dedication that Ryan Fox possesses for serving the student body in any way possible. This year as a member of the executive board of the association, I have only seen greater examples of this. Ryan spent many late nights, not only ensuring that your voice was heard in the university budget process but also planning an extensive restructuring process that makes your student government more accessible to you.
In addition to these duties, he addressed your daily concerns of how to improve life at NU via any form of communication possible. Ryan possesses the long term vision to improve the quality of life for students at Northeastern that others lack. He does not limit himself to quick initiatives that offer small, short-term benefits to select group of students; Ryan attacks major issues that have been prominent for many years and commits the time and effort to resolve them.
Issues like expanding printing outside of Infocommons are not resolved overnight, however through a great deal of research and meetings with the appropriate administration members, a resolution can be determined. Ryan has heard the overwhelming demand of this service and has responded with a solution that will be implemented in the fall. This is just one of the many major issues that President Fox has started to alleviate through work over the past year.
I implore you to visit www.FoxForNU.com and see these results for yourself along with the vision that Ryan has for the upcoming year. He has developed a strong platform built not only on ideals but on experience and specific actions your student government will take under his leadership. President Fox has given you a voice over the past year and will continue to take action and get results for you, the Northeastern University student body. Vote now through April 7 on myNEU.
