An estimated 1 million people attended the annual South Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade Sunday, March 17. As paraders and floats made their way down the 3.8-mile route, spectators showed their Irish cheer. The day’s festivities, however, were accompanied by disorderly conduct and multiple arrests made by Boston police.
