The Northeastern News received a first place award in the “story of the year” category from the Associated Collegiate Press for the May 14 story entitled, “Homicide on Hemenway.” The reporters who wrote the story include: Heather Allen, Stephanie Vosk and Brendan Reilly, who are all staff members of The Northeastern News.
The ACP is the largest and oldest national membership organization for college student media in the United States.
