Located beneath the Stetson East residence hall, the Levine Marketplace serves hundreds of diners looking for something to chew on. While many of the same food items are guaranteed to be there, sometimes monotony can get the better of the stomach.
To cure this problem, The Northeastern News set out to create a delectable meal worthy of gracing the cover of “Gourmet” magazine.
“For students, [the dining hall] is a great service all around, a great place to meet people,” said Dining Services Manager Michael Benitez. He said he thinks it’s possible to concoct a well-rounded, several course meal.
Students aim to have balanced meals, without overlooking taste.
Andrew Norton, a freshman physical therapy major, said a five-star meal should consist of “good portions and quality stuff.”
Dining Suggestions:
