VIDEO: Boston police incident report reveals Northeastern University police vehicle struck pedestrian at Mass. and Cass in July

Through public records requests, projects editor Alexa Coultoff recently obtained a police report and traffic camera footage from July 5, when a Northeastern University Police Department, or NUPD, mechanic struck a homeless pedestrian in an NUPD vehicle. In response to the incident, The News also obtained an email statement from a university spokesperson.
