October’s autumn winds helped transform Boston and Northeastern into a colorful wonderland of fall festivities, sporting events and demonstrations. Students and Bostonians participated in the No Kings protest on Boston Common while preparing their Halloween costumes for later in the month. We sent our photo staff to capture it all, and here’s the best of what they brought back.

Constantly with her camera, Margot Murphy is a fourth-year journalism major with a minor in psychology and photo editor of The News.
