BPHC evaluates popular songs for themes

Keeping a relationship happy and healthy may be as easy as listening to the right song, according to a study by the Boston Public Health Commission’s youth-based Start Strong program. The program, which is geared towards kids ages 10 to 14, released a list of the top 10 healthy and unhealthy relationship songs released in 2010.

Fitness regains importance

Health and fitness resolutions drop faster than Snooki in her New Year’s Eve hamster ball, unless you have the motivation and access to make them work. With the new year in full swing, students have not only made resolutions to monitor the foods they eat, but also to lose weight and exercise more often this year, according to a survey compiled by Marist College.
